KO-NO-SO (a Linear B term) refers to the name given to the large administrative center of Knossos Palace. The Minoan Palace has been the main civic and economical centre of its time: the palace would welcome a multicultural array of guests, visitors and officials representing the multicultural core of the city.

Following the same philosophy, of a generous hospitality, KO-NO-SO aspires to be the contemporary entrance point to Heraklion for visitors coming for either leisure or business purposes, or both.
